Make your wishes clear. Put the right people in place. Personal guidance on wills and powers of attorney, without the unnecessary jargon.

Meet the partner team ↗Our accountancy and tax experience helps us recognise when your wishes need to be considered alongside the way your assets are owned.
Your home, savings, investments and existing gifts may raise tax questions. We can identify where a separate inheritance tax review would be useful and agree its scope and fee with you.
If you own a business, your will needs to be considered alongside company documents and arrangements with other owners. We can discuss succession and where further advice is needed.
Blended families, dependants and assets held with someone else deserve careful discussion. We start with your circumstances, rather than assuming one approach suits everyone.

No. Properly trained, insured and appropriately supervised will writers can prepare wills. What matters is that your wishes are understood, the document is correctly drafted, and it is signed and witnessed properly.
